Youths will be matched with individuals with like characteristics, hobbies, desired career path, goals, and aspirations. Mentors and Mentee will commit to 4 phases of mentor
Reach One Teach One Ford Foundation, Inc., seeks professionals committed to long-term traditional mentorship with troubled or at-risk youth from Youth to Young Adult. Youths will be matched with individuals with like characteristics, hobbies, desired career path, goals, and aspirations. Mentors and Mentee will commit to 4 phases of mentoring relationships that includes, preparation, negotiating, enabling growth, and Closure- not as in an end to a mentor/ mentee relationship, but closure meaning goals have been met.
