As the CEO and Executive Director for Reach One Teach One, Ford Foundation Inc. (ROTO FFI), Thavian Ford, Sr., oversees programs partnering with Newton County Social Services in some of the city’s under-served communities. In addition, he coordinates the safety, security, and self-defense programs along with other outreach and prevention, mental health and self-awareness, and essential life skills programs in our communities. Under his direction, ROTO FFI partners with professionals, organizations, and programs focused on providing direction through spiritual, professional and personal life preparation training, as Youth seek to navigate the path of their purpose. Mr. Ford's love for his community and life-long dedication and support for our youth and the people in his community made him a natural leader as Executive Director of ROTO FFI Programs.
